Essential oils have made an amazing difference in the health and wellness of my family. As a nurse, I understand the benefits they provide for us everyday. We depend on them to manage our health needs, add zest to our recipes, and keep our home squeaky clean. Yet, there is more to essential oils than just how they are used every day. They have a powerful ability to support the immune system and manage toxins that invade our bodies.
